Leendert Vinck

Above all, Leendert likes to train individuals in training projects covering several days. Actually mobilising people and teams by 'touching' them on the identity level. After being trained at the Military Academy, Leendert worked in the past at the Dutch Army, the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management, NIBRA, the COT Institute for Safety and Crisis Management and since 2005 at Trimension. He followed the Masters Programme Crisis and Disaster Management in 2000. He has been working at Trimension since 2005 as a project director, project manager, trainer and adviser in various course, training, advisory and practice projects. Leendert is very interested in the Human Factor in crisis management. To this end, he followed the NLP Practitioner and Masters Programme, Systematic Work/Family systems and Transactional Analysis in Organisations.
