Gaining an overview in the chaos from calmness, and then selecting the right resources and using them professionally and adjusting them. An effective approach in my former work at the Marine Corps, during the hours I spend in the boxing school and above all in every crisis situation.

The unknown has always had an enormous attraction for me. Adventure, excitement and discovery. This is reflected in the years that I lived abroad, the career choices I made and the various long-distance trips. I know from practical experience that a crisis situation never happens exactly as trained in advance. Good preparation is therefore focused on a strong foundation, with confidence in your own abilities and that of your team. I enjoy embarking on a new adventure with organizations and people. Developing a strong foundation together, finding peace in the stress of a crisis and discovering what a well-prepared team is capable of.
