Roel Derckx

Providing tools to people with which they can really do something, preferably as simple as possible, that is Roel's passion. And giving them the justified feeling that they can do a lot more with coordinated improvisation than they thought possible. Roel has been working as a trainer and adviser for Trimension since 1991 with a great deal of enjoyment and satisfaction. He has held the position of director since 2007. What strongly motivates him is helping people develop their competencies so that they can continue to function adequately under difficult circumstances. At a time of crisis or in their normal work, Roel is of the opinion that serious attention for people, individually and in a team, is the key for a better performance.
